I’m reminded of all things to be grateful for…

I was struggling with putting together a scene yesterday.  Not sure if it was my overall mood of tiredness and not filling at ease, or if it was lack of inspiration.  All in all I was happy with the result by the time that I finished putting together a simple scene featuring several items.  In the end it was a matter of feeling good about it, and being able to give visibility to items and meeting requirements.

I’m wearing a new hair release by Wasabi, which is just lovely with the long braid that curves around the front as shown. It does that on both left and right sides, and not shown are the two versions of unrigged bangs.  Variety of colors for hair and bands.   The necklace and earrings are from Kunst, excellent detail and quality with several color options for all pieces.  The skirt and top are from Neve, which I love the puffiness of the sleeves.  The top has a heart design in the middle as an option for wearing, which is not shown.  Plenty of color options for both pieces, as plain or patterned.

The drink is a cappuccino by ChicChica, that has bento hold for either hand and the cup can be resized as needed. The cute little rabbit is a new release by Rezz Room, adorable tiny thing.  As with most of their animals, it has static versions, different colors for the fur and come as wearable or companion.

Lastly, the decor I am showing is the two art prints at the top for the Curated Event.  The blue is The Crack from NodosArt and the brown reddish is Gather by Defiled Arts.  Two beautiful art pieces that can be displayed in your homes, offices, bedrooms, etc.

I’m still very much into the color of green, so couldn’t help myself with this scene.  Here are more of these beautiful floral pumpkins from Apple Fall, one of my favorite things this fall season.  I am also loving these new pillows by Bricolage, which are part of an assortment of pillows released this past weekend sales.  These are some fantastic textures that really give personality to a room.  The painting on the wall is by Georgie Iceghost, and is part of the Curated Event this month and what inspired me to go green.  Last item that I am featuring today are Sakura cats by Rezz Room, which are delightful little things and as you can see they have color options, animated and also static options.

Baked with Love

I may not be the best cook and it’s mostly out of not doing enough of it.  Though I’m a decent baker and enjoy trying new recipes for desserts and breads.  I just recently made crème brulée.  It’s a dessert that I have been wanting to try for the longest.  My torch didn’t work, so I ended up using the broil option on the oven, which made the crystalizing not as pretty.  The dessert was still creamy and yummy.  Next to check off on my list is biscotti.

If you love baking or visiting a bakery, then 8f8 just came out with a new gacha set that is heavenly with all the breads you can ask for.  Grab a seat and take in all these choices from pretzels to baguettes.

The “Rochester” is an impressive 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom modestly sized mansion perfectly suited for luxurious living and entertaining! Its detailed exterior is a subtle blend of coastal architecture, with delicate wood details and an eye-catching turret projecting out of the front facade. I woke to thunder and lighting this morning.  The weather forecast is that it will rain all day and the whole week.  Personally, I love a good rain shower as I find the sound of the falling rain and the rumble of thunder to be somewhat energetic and soothing.  It’s also great weather for a nap.

Today I’m showcasing a new release by Trompe Loeil.  The Lanikai modern ranch is a good size and I love the kitchen in the home, which is what I focused on for this picture.  By the way in case you might not know – the creator has a stay at home gifts at her store, usually one of her builds and some decor pieces.  It’s a lovely gesture and she exchanges it out each week, so go grab yours and check out the rest of the store.  Sayo has a release of the Raleigh wainscotting, which I used for this front wall where the coffee station is at.  It blended in real well, and many other colors to choose from. The next item that I’m showcasing today is a new release by Fancy Decor, which is the coffee station and everything there is part of the release.
