Trompe Loeil always does a wonderful job of describing their homes, so I just took it right from their Flickr.

The Amaia Cottage is an equatorial-style 2 story home with tintable interior and exterior walls – stick with our beautifully neutral default color scheme, or brighten up inside and out with any bold color palette you wish! Multi-level front and back patios are finished in terra cotta tiles, with delicately painted ceramic tile insets on all stairway steps for a detailed finish. Gravel-lined built-in planters (we include removable plants to get you started) let you add greenery with ease. The matching tiled pool is animated for singles and couples in your choice of maturities. Inside, the downstairs great room looks over both front and back deck areas through built-in slatted awnings. Upstairs, after climbing the outdoor staircase, we include two private rooms with their own small outdoor deck areas.

Footprint is 33.2 meters by 35.8 meters, and Land Impact is 146.

Wild mountain hideout

Good morning.  Reality always hits when you have to get up for work and you really need at least another hour of sleep.  Today I’m featuring a new release by Trompe Loeil, which I placed a description just below credits.  Not shown in this picture, is a built-in kitchen, with animations for those looking for a role-play experience.  I’m also featuring new rocks by Pandemonium.  They are a cluster of rocks that have 5 different base  textures.  For my picture I supersized some of the rocks, which does affect land impact.

The Daley Modern Farmhouse features a welcoming wraparound concrete patio, elevated with three stairways for access. Enter the living room through several sets of glass double doors and take in the focal point: an oversized combination fireplace and waterfall fountain, set against a slab of natural stone! On the reverse side, firewood inset into the chimney structure makes for an eye-catching display. Take a stroll into the built-in kitchen with working sink and sink animations, and check out the three private rooms (one in the kitchen area and two upstairs). Grab the matching Snow Add-On and get cozy through the rest of the winter! Footprint is approximately 30 meters by 26 meters.

Near the seaside

Hello everyone! Happy weekend.  Today I’m showcasing some summer outdoor stuff from Nutmeg, Granola and Disorderly along with some landscape stuff also used.  If you haven’t heard of Nutmeg, then you really need to go check the store out.  The one thing that amazed me when I was doing this picture was the quality of the mesh when I looked from close to far away.  The details and textures are just absolutely gorgeous.  I’m actually showcasing two sets in today’s picture.  The seaside calm at Kustom9 and then seashore set at Anthem, which will close down in 3 days, so plenty of time to go shop.

Disorderly has some cute shell decor at Collabor88. I’m showing the long string of lights that really work well for a table setting.  The message in a bottle decor is the newest group gift by Granola, so find it at the main store.
