Pull up a chair and have yourself some bread and pumpkin soup.  I’ve never actually had any pumpkin soup myself.  The one thing I did just have is pumpkin empanadas.  They are baked turnover that has pumpkin filling inside.  It’s an extremely yummy rich pastry!
