Showing lots of newness today, starting with the winter library shelf by Thor.  Comes in three colors of dark, ecru and wood and the back panel has nine choices to select from.  As a bonus you get the shelf in the back with the same colors.  I made mine a little smaller to be proportioned to the picture above.  The photo ledge is by Tuesdays and it’s at the current round of FaMESHed.  I used the VIP version, though the pack available allows you to use your own photos and come in two frame for a single pack or four frames for the fatpack.  The cowbells near the fireplace and vintage lantern on the back shelf I have shown previously, but at FaMESHed as well.

The fireplace is from Kopfkino and its currently at Access Event that opens today.  It’s a one piece, but it’s very customizable by HUD, which allows you to change the texture of just about everything.  I kept the original as I liked it well enough, but check it out because it really has a lot of options.  Spruce had runners at Happy Weekend sales about a week ago, so always great for the floor space and keeping our virtual feet warm.  That cute chimpanzee is from Rezz Room and at UBER.  He’s in spirit of Christmas, and as always you get static animations.  How can you resist all that adorable cuteness?  Lastly, I am also showing two pieces of art in this current round of Curated Event.  The mountain scene just above the library shelf and then smaller art framed inside the shelf.

Finding your place

I instantly liked these floral pumpkins that Apple Fall released for a weekend Saturday sale.  They’re just pretty and so fun to decorate with, and he added a new book arrangement as well.  I am not showing all the pumpkins, but in a near future post I will be featuring others.

New round of the Curated Event, where you can find original art pieces by participating artists each month.  I’m showing an art piece by Whiskey Monday, the “Everywhere and Nowhere” is the long vertical frame with a woman sitting on the edge of the window and curtain flying in the wind.  The frame came in white, so did a little tinting to match my overall look.  It’s available as copy/mod for $200L during the event.

The other item that I am showing today is a new release by Deco Soup.  If you’ve been around a while and follow the home and garden scene, then you may be familiar with the creator behind the brand.  Sienna Skye Foxdale was once a home and garden blogger, creating beautiful decor spaces. She just released these gallery frames, which are great for any room in your homes to display your own photos.  I’m showing the bonus set that included original black and white photography, though as mentioned there are frames in which you can add your own photos.

Cozy kitchen

Thank goodness for the weekend.  I hope today to be able to get a head start on working on pictures for the week and seeing what else I have to do before the end of the month as I will be taking a 2-3 week blogger break.  Today I’m showing the Mediterranean kitchen by Kopfkino for Happy Weekend.  It’s only 60L for the set and there are four colors available.  Important to know that only during the weekend sale will you find it at this bargain, afterwards items will be sold separately at the mainstore.

It’s cupid’s fault…

I didn’t plan on blogging today, though I felt in the mood to get some pictures done today.   For this picture I am using the new set by KOPFKINO, available now at Cupid’s Fault by Access.  Lovely bathroom set that has all the essentials to make your room soft and peaceful.   I am also using Nutmeg’s Retro Glam set of chair, telephone and rug which are at the mainstore.  I want to take a long bath right about now.  a

The curtains are a new release  by DaD and at the current round of UBER.  The set comes with several colors for the fabric, and metal pieces and three styles to choose from.  Lastly, the other items that I am featuring are the gold plant by Ariskea, that comes in various colors.  The cute cupid above me is a past release by [Rezz Room], but just in time for Valentine’s.  Grab all the details below.
