I’m lost out at sea in all this blue

After a hellish week of dealing with sinusitis I am so glad to almost be feeling normal again even if I woke with a sore throat this morning.  I hope everyone is enjoying the warmer days and the freshness of spring.

Today I’m showcasing items from Bloom, which is an annual event that features all the beauty of spring.  Everything shown is listed below.  I am also showing a cute little kitten in a cup by Black Bantam out now at the Access event.

Also, some great news, especially if you’re a blogger in Second Life and tend to use a lot of items in your scenes. Kess Crystal, another fabulous home and garden blogger and Heidi Hoyes have come up with and designed a great tool called “Grab My Credits” to do just that, grab your credits.  I know its proven to be an asset for me, saving me time in getting them all myself.  Now you won’t see much difference in the way I post my credits, though getting the information is the key.  I am going to link you to the website for a text tutorial on how to use this tool and also Kess just did a video on her blog showing how to use as well.  To keep up to date with Grab My Credits go follow the HeikeTech Facebook page.

It’s a new week and I’m hoping for a smoother one.  Showcasing a new bedroom today.  This time a beautiful upholstered bed by SHADES.  It’s available in pg and adult version. The latter having over 400 animations, so it promises to keep you well entertained.  The pg version has just 147 and both have 15 color options for the textures and only a land impact of about 15.  The sofa and chair also by the same creator, and were recently at a just passed event. You can find them at the mainstore and available also in both pg and adult versions and 4 texture choices.

I’m officially now in the Christmas decorating mode with my first post for the holiday season.  I’m showcasing items at Tannenbaum, which is an annual holiday market event brought to us by Prism Events.  Check out this amazing decor set by Foxwood, which also has these cute dogs.  Gift boxes are by Disorderly and range in sizes, colors and type of ribbons.

I have to confess to not taking a liking to decorating the trees this year.  Placing ornaments on them is proving to be a task.  If anyone wants to join me in decorating a tree, give me a shout.  I’ll sit and keep you company. ♥  My first one was a joy, as I am using Organica’s poinsettia, which is also available in a pot as my tree decor.

The writing on the mirror was done by editing software.
