In the middle of nowhere we found our way

I had the opportunity to collaborate with a fellow home and garden blogger whose work I follow and admire through Flickr.  Nat was fantastic to work with and narrated our whole scene as she took us on a long road trip out to the middle of nowhere.  Until our van {seen on her picture} overheated and we had to make a quick stop to get it repaired.

It was worth it, since we were hungry!

Winter vibes

Morning everyone.  The sun is peeking through my window hitting the side of my face as I sit here writing up this post.  It sort of serves as a good reminder that there is always light in times of darkness.  I know that I haven’t been writing all that much.  In all frankness I haven’t been in the best of spirits lately.  I’ll put it down to winter blues and keep moving forward until the lightness of spirit returns.
